NCFC provides comprehensive flight instruction
facilities that include Private Pilot, Commercial, Instrument and
CFI/CFII training. Our flight instructors are also available to provide
currency checks for licensed pilots, using the NCFC fleet or other
privately owned aircraft. Our flight instructors have a combined 50
years of accident free flight instruction.
Our aircraft are available to qualified pilots for
rentals on an hourly basis. NCFC rates are some of the lowest
in the region!

North
Central State Airport (KSFZ)
Lincoln, Rhode Island
NCFC is located at North Central Airport (KSFZ),
one of the most ideal bases for flight training in Southern New England.
The airport is 14 miles northeast of Providence, has two lengthy, hard
surface runways (5,000 feet and 3,200 feet) that allow flight training
in most any wind conditions.
The airport facility is outside the Providence
Airport “Class C” area, reducing the need for continuous
communication with FAA Air Traffic Control while on training flights. As
a result, operation to and from KSFZ do not incur costly ATC and ground
taxi delays, maximizing actually training time per flight hour.
For more advanced instrument training and currency requirements, the
airport has multiple instrument approaches.
This
well maintained airport is operated by the Rhode Airport Corporation,
under
the day to day supervision of LANDMARK AVIATION
